How much does shipping cost? How do I qualify for free shipping?
We currently charge a flat shipping rate of $7 per order. All orders placed over $50 before tax, shipped to an address within the continental U.S. are eligible for free shipping. When checking out, choose the “Free shipping” option at checkout and your package will ship ground through USPS. Free shipping discount is not valid on previous purchases or with any other promotion or discount (unless otherwise noted). Offer available online only at www.undimmedcandleco.com.

Our products are shipped from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. (East Coast, EST)
Where is my package?
After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 3-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Many orders ship in multiple packages. If you receive only part of your order, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the remainder of your order to ship.
We currently do not ship internationally. We are unable to give you any further information beyond what the tracking shows.
What should I do if my package says delivered, but I haven’t received it?
Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate it, please contact your family members and neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to Customer Service for a replacement. Undimmed Candle Co. uses the USPS to ship your orders safely and in a timely manner. We ship anywhere in the US using USPS Ground Mail and Priority Mail. Priority mail allows us to offer fast standard delivery in 3-5 business days from the shipping date (and express delivery in 1-3 business days from the shipping date.) depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from Philadelphia, PA. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Custom orders will be processed and shipped in 7-10 business days. If delays occur due to Covid-19, we will contact you in a timely manner with an update.
All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following Monday; while all orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. The shipping times listed above are estimated. You may track your order at any time using the USPS Tracking number Undimmed Candle Co. sends to you once your order has been processed and shipped.
